Concerning accommodation, we booked rooms aboard a three-deck ship named after VALERY CHKALOV at a special rate of  130-180 for room per night if paying by June 15, 2010 and  150-200 accordingly if paying after June 15. This special rate includes three meals a day, guided tours and a state-room. All the participants will be accommodated in separate comfortable cabins.

The meeting will be held in the Conference Hall on board  the ship.

You may arrive to the meeting via Samara International airport ( There are direct flights from Frankfurt and Prague. You may also arrive to Samara via Moscow. There are many every day flights from Moscow to Samara.


The meeting will be held in the Conference Hall aboard the VALERY CHKALOV ship and includes a one day visit to RIAR Facilities at Dimitrovgrad.

The meeting language is English.

This passenger ship features «luxe» cabins; single, double and triple-bed cabins of increased comfort; single, double and triple-bed cabins with all modern conveniences. In 2007 it underwent complete renovation and gained a new look. Only up-to-date and eco-friendly materials and natural wood were used for the decoration of cabins. Now all the cabins at the middle and boat decks are fitted with air conditioning system, shower, WC and fridge. To date, a three-deck passenger ship named after VALERY CHKALOV meets the European quality standard. On its board you will find 2 restaurants, cinema and concert hall, bars, kid’s playroom, sun-tanning parlor, ironing room.
