You may arrive to the meeting via Samara International airport (http://airport.samara.ru/en). There are direct flights from Frankfurt and Prague. You may also arrive to Samara via Moscow. There are many every day flights from Moscow to Samara.
Meeting
The meeting will be held in the Conference Hall aboard the VALERY CHKALOV ship and includes a one day visit to RIAR Facilities at Dimitrovgrad.

This passenger ship features «luxe» cabins; single, double and triple-bed cabins of increased comfort; single, double and triple-bed cabins with all modern conveniences. In 2007 it underwent complete renovation and gained a new look. Only up-to-date and eco-friendly materials and natural wood were used for the decoration of cabins. Now all the cabins at the middle and boat decks are fitted with air conditioning system, shower, WC and fridge. To date, a three-deck passenger ship named after VALERY CHKALOV meets the European quality standard. On its board you will find 2 restaurants, cinema and concert hall, bars, kid’s playroom, sun-tanning parlor, ironing room.
